The South East of Scotland Clinical Genetic Service is now accepting routine referrals again.
Where possible, consultations are being completed by telephone rather than face to face. Please supply patient telephone/mobile contact numbers whenever possible.
Where genetic testing is indicated, arrangements will be made depending on the patient’s circumstances.
If it is not possible to complete the referral within the service limitations at this time, the referral will be logged and patients re-contacted when normal service resumes.
Given the fluid situation, waiting times may be longer than normal.
